Year 6 and Reception Buddies

There were lots of smiles and excitement as our Year 6 children finally met their Reception buddies!
It was wonderful to see our oldest pupils showing such kindness, care and responsibility as they spent time getting to know the youngest members of our school community.
This special partnership is a lovely way to build friendships across the school , helping our Reception children feel happy, confident and supported , whilst giving our Year 6 pupils the opportunity to become positive role models
We are looking forward to watching these special friendships grow throughout the year!
