Year 5 finished off their retreat today with a breakfast , morning prayers in the glorious sunshine , stained glass art , and some reflection and prayer time through a Vision Divina.

Day 2 of the Year 5 residential After a busy day and a late night… children have enjoyed a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and the following activities: Jenga , morning prayer , games , a quiz and drama on Saints , Stations of the Cross , art activities and a campfire.

The Year 5 children arrived at Spec bright-eyed and bushy-tailed , ready for their 3-day retreat . After their arrival and a bag drop , the children took part in an introduction to the retreat theme , group games and a tour of the site .
Today, all children were involved in: Kerygma (drama and crafts ), a treasure hunt with a Bible theme , an interactive discussion on Saints and prayer , and an evening adventure walk , bedtime Rosary and Exposition followed by a Movie.
