Verulamium Museum

Year 4 had a great day at Verulamium (St Albans) today, learning all about the town that stood there 2000 years ago, as part of our ‘Romans in Britain’ topic. They saw the remains of an ancient theatre (where plays, bullfights and gladiator contests took place), explored the fascinating museum exhibits, and got to handle Ancient Roman artefacts in their handling session.
