Virtual Holocaust Workshop

Today, Year 6 pupils took part in a virtual workshop with The National Holocaust Centre, where they learnt about ‘Kristallnacht’ (The Night of Broken Glass) and ‘Kindertransport’. The highlight was speaking to Hedi Argent (a Holocaust survivor) about her personal experience of fleeing the Nazi’s and starting a new life in England. It was eye opening but heart-warming.
