No Pens Day

Today we took part in ‘No Pens Day’ to raise funds for Speech and Language UK. The children had great fun learning without using a pen all day. The teachers are very creative. The children took part in numerous cross curricular lessons. Colour mixing, practising handwriting with paintbrushes, forest school, various art activities, maths with concrete manipulatives and competitions on iPads, verbal spelling tests, drama, story telling, woodwork, outdoor play, role-play, and tons of Oracy.
