As part of Children’s Mental Health Weeks theme ‘Let’s Connect’, Year 1 enjoyed a walk to ‘Woodlands’ as a means of encouraging us all to connect not only as a year group but also with our senses. We also enjoyed story time.

As part of Children’s Mental Health week, Reception children enjoyed exploring the Woodlands open space today. The children searched for leaves and made their own leaf people and also enjoyed drawing their leaf person with chalk. We took advantage of the sunny day and talked about the different types of weather and seasons. Thank you to our parents who came to help.
