Reception children have been learning all about the Hindu festival of lights, Diwali. The children have enjoyed reading about Hinduism, making Divas, creating henna patterns, making and eating chappatis role playing in the Indian restaurant / home corner, making puppets of Rama and Sita, writing Diwali cards and creating Rangoli patterns.
