Today, 6 Year 6 children visited Watford FC Stadium. The children were taken on a fascinating behind-the-scenes visit to the stadium including the Elton John's private seating gallery and the media room where they took on the role of the club manager answering press questions! Following that they debated very articulately with children from other schools on topics such as "Is school uniform a good thing?" and whether plastics are beneficial to the earth. The morning finished off with a thought-provoking motivational seminar and a presentation of their certificates for completing their Change makers programme.
