Racial Justice Sunday

To mark Racial Justice Sunday, children were invited to wear clothes to represent their cultural heritage or dress with the theme of ‘Love’ in mind as today is Valentines Day. The theme of love is key to Racial Justice Sunday as it’s a day to remind us to love one another. Bible verses: ‘house of prayer for all nations’ (Isaiah 56:7), the events of Pentecost (Acts 2) or the ‘multitude … from every nation’ (Revelation 7:9-17), which all include words meaning ‘every tribe and nation’, to see that diversity is part of God’s divine plan.
