Forest School Fun!
Yesterday marked our final Forest School session and what a wonderful way to celebrate! The children took part in an exciting Easter treasure hunt, searching high and low around the school grounds to find hidden clues. Working together brilliantly, they solved each clue to reveal the special word… SPRING!
Meanwhile, another group of children were busy learning important fire safety skills . They explored how to stay safe around a fire and even had a go at helping to start one carefully with adult support.
To finish our session, we all came together around the fire to enjoy a well-earned treat… toasting marshmallows! It was a lovely moment to share, reflecting on all the fun, learning and teamwork we’ve experienced during Forest School.
Well done Year 1, you have been amazing adventurers!
