What an incredible afternoon of cross country! The children’s hard work and dedication in training really shone through – they were absolutely fantastic.

Despite the heat and a long, gruelling course, every runner showed determination, resilience, and true team spirit. They supported not only each other, but also cheered on fellow competitors - they were a real credit to themselves and to our school.

We’re thrilled to share that we finished the day with two gold medals and a number of strong placings across the board.

A huge well done to all our runners – we couldn’t be more proud! Now we look forward to the finals later this term.

Some of our Year 6 pupils took part in a cross country training session today ahead of their first competition on Tuesday - they were absolutely fantastic! Their effort and determination shone through, and we were so proud to hear compliments from members of the public and our school community. Well done - we are looking forward to another session on Monday!
