Catholic Life Ambassadors

Meet Our Catholic Life Ambassadors

We are proud to be the Catholic Life Ambassadors of St John Fisher. Our duties consist of: creating and updating displays around the school, reading bible stories to younger pupils, leading Celebration of the Word in the lower year groups, leading assemblies, completing prayer table audits, encouraging all pupils, staff and families to be aware of current events and charitable causes that we may be involved in. We are regular visitors at St Vincent's Nursing Home in Northwood, where we play games and do arts and crafts activities with the residents. We also attend mass with them. We also participate and help organise school masses and liturgies and converse with our local priests Fr. Graham from St John Fisher parish and Monsignor Vincent from St Luke's parish to plan special events. As you browse through our Catholic Life tab, you'll see the many events we participate in.

"Dear young people, you are the living hope of a Church on the move!" (Pope Francis)
