In a heartwarming display of unity, young changemakers from across the globe are coming together through music to inspire action for the planet. YESfest (www.yes-fest.com), a UK-based youth eco movement, is set to release a powerful and uplifting music video, 'Altogether Now for Planet Earth,' on Valentine's Day 2025.
