Windsor Castle

Today, Year 2 children visited Windsor Castle as part of their History learning. The children saw the castle guards and many of the castles significant features. The children also took part in a workshop all about medieval castles which included how castles were built to keep out the enemy. They also learnt about the flags that indicate if King Charles is in residence. The children got to dress up and defend the castle in a mini battle. Lots of fun learning took place!
