Chiltern Open Air Museum

February 2024

Today Year 3 visited the Chiltern Open Air Museum and took part in a Stoneage day to support their learning in history. The children went hunting for deer and boar. Made fires with flint. Cooked their caught meat on the fire. Built tents and enjoyed storytime . They went inside a round house and made clay pots, ground wheat and bread & butter from scratch! Such a memorable experience!
