On Monday and Thursday, 6S and 6R were lucky enough to visit the SPEC Retreat Centre in Pinner. Throughout the day, the children completed a range of activities with their friends and had the opportunity to work together to grow closer to one another and God.

All of the children had an amazing time and it was a lovely way to bring their final year at St John Fisher to a close. 6C are looking forward to attending SPEC on Monday.

‘My favourite activity was the maze because I got to work collaboratively with my friends and guide them. I liked how it linked to RE as I know I can always trust God to guide me on the right path. At the end of the day, I felt closer to God and my peers and I was happy as I had such a nice day. I had a ‘spec-tacular’ time and I am so thankful that I got the opportunity to go to SPEC and I would love to go again.’
