The Year 5 book group attended the Harrow Junior Book Award ceremony held at Pinner Park School. All the children behaved beautifully, and asked some very good questions.

The speaker was the author Elizabeth Laird, who won the award last year. She spoke about her life, and some of the experiences and people that have inspired her books. She was fascinating! This year's award went to The Night Bus Hero by Onjali Q. Rauf.
