Today, our talented Y5 and Y6 writers have spent a fruitful afternoon at Marlborough Primary School, becoming even better writers. They brainstormed, drafted, and edited their work on a fantasy character. Poet Neil Zetter commented on the children’s ability to focus on their writing for an extended period. The afternoon was dotted with poem recitals by Neil Zetter and culminated with some children reading their poems out loud to the other participants. Well done to all the children who attended the workshop!
