Road Safety Week
The theme of Road Safety Week this year was ‘Bike Smart’. This week, pupils were reminded how to be safer when cycling and scooting as well as other important road safety information. In assembly this morning, we celebrated all the fantastic road safety work completed during the week and all the pupils demonstrated an excellent understanding of how to stay safe while on the roads. Well done to all the pupils who have already entered the ‘Bike Smart’ competition. There have been so many brilliant entries; the JTAs will have a tough job selecting the two winners this year. The closing date for entries is Monday 3rd December so there is still plenty of time to take part. Finally, thank you to our Junior Travel Ambassadors who led both the Lower School and Upper School assemblies and also carried out a bike and scooter survey throughout the week.
